Memorable Memorial Day Weekend

Kris had graduation so it was a boys night out Friday, fishing, movies, and games. Then Baseball
took over from Saturday, till Monday, with Colins team which is the youngest in the league with just two players from a year ago placed second. The other coaches and myself were so proud of the boys, and one girl on our team. Then on Monday afternoon Austin and I went golfing to get some much needed father son time, sorry Sam. Austin takes the game to serious, wonder where he gets that? hum. I played well, and shot one over par for the nine holes, it felt good after playing horrible Monday last, with the Pastors and Bill Russler. Any way lots to look forward to this Summer, golf, fishing, baseball, a mission trip, friends, and a new worship leader. Rejoice with the Salyers as Brandons tests came back with good news, God is good.

My Mom is Da bomb

My Mom is simply the best, she taught what Walker Texas Ranger talked about. By the time I was ten I could do my own laundry, cook for myself, clean any room in the house, mow the grass, sew on my own buttons, and how to be a gentleman. Thanks Mom for the significant tasks you gave me, they have served me well. She taught me the value of working hard, and treating others with respect. I owe her so much and she asks for so little, and she showed me unconditional love. Thanks Mom, words will never express my love for you, and all you've done for me. I'm a better person, because Peggy Ann Rockwell became my Mom!

Busy, Busy, Busy,

Spring sprung and our lives became really busy, between soccer, and baseball, fishing, and overtime, kids choir practice, and keeping up with home stuff, whew. However, God is good and has provided the time and energy to keep up so far. Colins farm team won tonight, he had to play his good friend Hunter Kirkpatricks team, and we won by one. Colin pitched the last inning and did great, the team hung on for the win and Colin got the game ball. I was so nervous/excited when he was out there, and so proud of him also, he really got out of a jam, and the team backed him up well. The youth spaghetti dinner was a huge success, and the church really stepped up, it is so great to part of such a great church. Anyway don't forget to pray for the pastors, and thier families, also for what God will do with you, as you are obedient to his word.

PEACE OUT
