What a great week in Kentucky, serving God alongside a bunch of awesome young people, you really couldn't call them kids, because they acted like young adults. I'm so proud of our young people who went to Kentucky, they really showed what the love of God is supposed to be like.
I would be proud to call any of them my own, especially my own, Austin really came into his own on the trip, as did many of the younger youth. The older youth were awesome leaders by example. The adult leaders gave just the right amount of instruction to get things started each day. I am so thankful for Jason Roundtree, who took Austin, and helped him gain some confidence using tools, measuring, and using a power saw. He came home, and wanted to build something, anything. The way God protected us and provided for us was awesome, I really felt He was right there hammering with us. Again, I thank God for allowing me to be a part of serving alongside our youth, and the rest of the Team. As for Troy, this was his first trip, and he provided great leadership, I am thankful for the leadership he provided.

SUMMERTIME
Well baseball is over for the year, it was a good year, and lots of fun,Colins team wound up in second place, and beat the first place team, 2 out of 3 times during the year. It is so much fun to watch him play I'm trying to enjoy it while it lasts. Austin of course continues to be a great little fisherman, and I get such joy when he catches a big one. He really studies up on when fish are biting that day and what they are likely to bite on. Pastor Shawn and Zach went with us one night and both caught some nice fish. Another great service Sunday and more people coming to know Christ for the first time. Tonight a bunch of us went and watched the fireworks it was a blast watching the kids light smoke bombs, Zach actually caught some smoke in a bottle. Well it's goodbye to the Georges for a month, sure will miss them. Sam and Amy continue to wait for the arrival of Joshua Ryan Smith, if they name him after Ryan Prater it is a good choice, as he is an awesome young man. Looking forward to the 4th and the mission trip, both should prove to be exciting. God Bless

Looking foward!
This month we can look forward to pastor Shawn coming, I wait with great anticipation for what God will do with Pastor Shawns ministry. I had the priviledge to hear Pastor Fredricks testimony, what an inspiration, when you look at how God has delivered him in so many situations. On a lighter note baseball, and fishing is going well, catching something whether were doing either. Austin loves to fish, and I get great joy when he catches a big one, Colin also loves to fish, and it is a lot of fun, when I get to spend time with the boys. Colins baseball team continues to do well and I love to watch him play. He gets his first start pitching tonight he does well for someone who has little experience. Remamber to pray for your pastors and thier families, as well as for God to place someone in front of you that you can witness to.
God bless Sean

Memorable Memorial Day Weekend
Kris had graduation so it was a boys night out Friday, fishing, movies, and games. Then Baseball
took over from Saturday, till Monday, with Colins team which is the youngest in the league with just two players from a year ago placed second. The other coaches and myself were so proud of the boys, and one girl on our team. Then on Monday afternoon Austin and I went golfing to get some much needed father son time, sorry Sam. Austin takes the game to serious, wonder where he gets that? hum. I played well, and shot one over par for the nine holes, it felt good after playing horrible Monday last, with the Pastors and Bill Russler. Any way lots to look forward to this Summer, golf, fishing, baseball, a mission trip, friends, and a new worship leader. Rejoice with the Salyers as Brandons tests came back with good news, God is good.

My Mom is Da bomb
My Mom is simply the best, she taught what Walker Texas Ranger talked about. By the time I was ten I could do my own laundry, cook for myself, clean any room in the house, mow the grass, sew on my own buttons, and how to be a gentleman. Thanks Mom for the significant tasks you gave me, they have served me well. She taught me the value of working hard, and treating others with respect. I owe her so much and she asks for so little, and she showed me unconditional love. Thanks Mom, words will never express my love for you, and all you've done for me. I'm a better person, because Peggy Ann Rockwell became my Mom!
